Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bumper Ghosts — Crown Crash (“the game”), an independent party game, and this website. By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game. If you are a child, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the game for your own, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or secrets from the game, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law. Your use of the game through the Apple App Store or TestFlight is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

You agree that you will not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with gameplay, or use unauthorized tools, bots, or modifications to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer.
• Disrupt, overload, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game servers, the website, or other players’ devices.
• Choose a display name that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, impersonating, or otherwise offensive — remember the game is meant to be family-friendly.
• Use the game to harass, harm, or violate the rights of other players.
• Use the game in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may limit or end your access to online features if you break these rules.

You may set a display name for your ghost. You are responsible for the name you choose and confirm it doesn’t violate the acceptable-use rules above or anyone else’s rights. In online multiplayer, your display name is visible to other players in your room. Please don’t use your real full name or any personal details as your display name. You grant us the limited right to display your chosen name to other players as needed to run a match.

The game may include play-money “coins” and cosmetic items. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are stored locally on your device. We may add, change, or remove cosmetics and game features at any time.

The game and everything in it — including its name, artwork, characters, music, sound, code, and design — is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. Aside from the limited license to play described above, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or rights in the game to you.

The game and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available — online multiplayer in particular depends on network conditions and third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the game or website. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use the game — which for a free game is typically zero.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we’ll revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
